How long before my order ships?

Orders are processed within 3-5 days before they leave our warehouse. This is separate from transit time — once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information showing when it's expected to arrive.

How much weight can my bed hold?

Our beds are weight-tested to hold 800 lbs for standard sizes, and 2,000 lbs for Twin XL and Queen sizes. This reflects the total distributed weight the frame and slats are built to support.

How much weight can each dresser drawer hold?

Each drawer is built to safely hold up to 100 lbs. We recommend distributing weight evenly and avoiding overloading a single drawer, especially near the front, to keep drawers gliding smoothly over time.

How tall is the safety guard rail on the top bunk?

The guard rail on our top bunks stands 16 inches tall, designed to meet safety standards for keeping a sleeper secure through the night.

What's the minimum age for the top bunk?

We recommend the top bunk for children age 6 and up, in line with general bunk bed safety guidelines. Younger children should sleep on the bottom bunk.

Do I need a bunkie board or box spring?

No — our beds use a 14-slat support system, which is designed to fully support your mattress on its own. You don't need to purchase or add a bunkie board or box spring.
