We can accept exchanges for unopened, unassembled packages. 

If you would like to exchange your order or parts of your order, please contact

us here and provide your order number as well as photo proof that shows the boxes are still in their packaging and unassembled. We can not accept exchanges without this information.

 A representative will then send a return label for you to place on the boxes you wish to return. Please note: depending on the size of the return, most orders will need to ship back via Freight Shipping which takes about 10 - 30 business days to deliver back to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the returned items you will be issued a store credit minus the cost of return shipping
