We can accept exchanges for unopened, unassembled packages.&#xA0; If you would like to exchange your order or parts of your order, please contact<a href="https://www.maxtrixkids.com/pages/help-center-test?hcUrl=%2Fen-US%2Fflows%2F01J6A00FVQN9P00TZQZHCDBQS1" id="isPasted">us here</a> and provide your order number as well as photo proof that shows the boxes are still in their packaging and unassembled. We can not accept exchanges without this information. &#xA0;A representative will then send a return label for you to place on the boxes you wish to return. Please note: depending on the size of the return, most orders will need to ship back via Freight Shipping which takes about 10 - 30 business days to deliver back to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the returned items you will be issued a store credit minus the cost of return shipping &#xA0;
