Maxtrix delivers throughout the contiguous United States. All beds and dressers ship via freight. Most Maxtrix Kids orders take 2-6 weeks to arrive in your home from the time the order is placed. Select orders (weighing less and with smaller dimensions) may qualify for ground shipment. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation text or email with tracking information.

Freight Transit

Freight transit times vary based on the delivery destination. East Coast destinations typically take 10-15 business days. Orders shipping to the mid-west, west coast, and rural areas should anticipate 15-30 business days transit time. Please note all transit times are estimates only. Due to the nature of the freight shipping process, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Once your shipment arrives in your local area; the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery times are generally Monday through Friday 8 AM-5 PM.

Your order will be delivered to the first door of your choice (garage, inside front door, or porch). A signature is required at time of delivery. This method is delivery only, no additional services are included.

Ground Transit

Ground transit times vary from 4 to 10 days once processed. Ground deliveries do not require a signature or appointment. Orders will be left at your front door or mail receiving room.

 Note: Maxtrix furniture components are made from solid hardwoods and can be heavy - we recommend having 2 adults present to carry items into your home. Depending upon the size of your order, shipments may come on a pallet.
