Most carriers require an individual 18+ to receive and sign for the shipment – deliveries cannot be left unattended.

When your delivery arrives, please inspect and confirm piece count. If there are any damaged or missing items; please retain all items, make a note on the freight delivery receipt, and take a photo of the damage. Then, complete the Replacement Parts & Hardware form here and we’ll resolve any problems quickly.

Please do not refuse your delivery – this will make it more difficult, and time-consuming to identify and resolve any issues with an order.
