Orders can be changed within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note: orders which are being picked or have shipped cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return. Any changes to address while orders are in transit may incur administrative or rerouting fees. To initiate a change, please email customercare@maxtrixkids.com

Most changes and edits will require customers to cancel their order and re-order.
For all orders with in-stock items, changes must be made within 24 hours of ordering.


If you have pre-ordered a bed you can edit your order until all items arrive in stock.


Please Note: Orders which have been shipped cannot be changed, canceled or price matched. Changes include but are not limited to item color, item size, shipping address, etc. Flash sales and any orders that have shipped are not eligible for price matching.
