Once we receive your order, it typically takes 10 business days for processing, picking & packing before it ships from our warehouse in South Carolina. A text or email shipping notification is sent when your order ships. Most Maxtrix Kids orders are required to ship via freight (large furniture items cannot be shipped UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS).

The freight delivery process differs significantly from small package deliveries. Freight transit times vary based on delivery destination. The further from our warehouse & freight carrier hub in the Carolinas, the longer the transit time. East Coast destinations typically take 10-15 business days. Orders shipping to the Mid West, West Coast and Rural areas should anticipate 15-20 business days transit time.

Please note all transit times are estimates only. Due to the nature of the freight shipping process, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Once your shipment arrives in your local area; the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery times are generally Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
